IPAD locked

My Ipad says IPAD disables connect to iTunes. I can't do anything or enter anything. It's just frozen. If I turn the ipad off and on, it just says the same thing.

You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here…

If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support

If the device is frozen, this may help also...
