What addresses are the two Apple TV subscriptions that I am paying for?

No way for us to know that. This is a user to user forum, you are not addressing Apple Support here. We, users like yourself have no access to your account.
If you are sure you are paying for 2 subscriptions, and by addresses you mean email addresses, you would need to check the subscriptions on your own Apple ID, and any other Apple ID added to your Family Sharing group if you are the organizer.

If you are not part of a Family Sharing group, then the only way for you to be paying for 2 subscriptions would be if you shared your payment method with someone, and in that case only you would know who that is.
