How do get Siri to respond to "hey Siri" without saying uh-huh or "umhmm"?

Say the command immediately after saying Hey Siri, don't pause.

So there's no way of changing the Siri response because if I say "hey Siri" and just start talking, half the time Siri did not wake up so I find myself repeating a lot.

it's gotta be the most infuriating thing to me to hear "umhmmm" or "uh-huh". Apple needs to make a fix for that ASAP.
