Hi I am Brooklyn 14 so my iPhone it not working anymore I just got it and it won’t work can u guys pls fix it.

You need to add a valid payment method in Settings, (your name), Payments & Shipping. The card name and address need to match your name and address in the phone.
If your phone is controlled by a parent then they may have to release restrictions, or add you to family sharing and payment sharing, or provide a credit card for you to use.
