Hi, I have problems with my phone, the audios do not come out, when they call me I do not listen, when I have to record it automatically deletes me

Audio issues So basically when ever i call someone my phone says this call has audio issues. And when I record on my camera my sound his just blocked even when i have my phone on medium volume.

Excessive White Noise and Static with any recroded audio with Iphone 8plus I can be in a silent room and the recorded audio will have sooooo much white noise and static. I used to think this was all iphones however ive seen countless videos of people using iphones as a recording device who do not get this problem. How can some phones do this while others dont?
