Did you only receive a message about being charged, or was you payment method actually charged? A card charge would show the merchant, but not what it is for.

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support


Whenever money is involved, there’s always the chance of con artists.

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support


If your Apple ID account was being billed for a product or service, then that will be specified in the purchase history.

See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support


If you have an active subscription, then that would be listed in your subscriptions overview.

See you subscriptions - Apple


If you have a subscription that you do not want, then you can cancel it.

How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


If you had a free trial in the past, then that would automatically continue into a paid subscription after the trial, unless you cancel in time. You would have agreed to that, when accepting the terms and conditions.


If you think that your situation warrants a refund, then you can request that. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
