When I make a phone call I’ve noticed that the orange light is on and read it indicates the microphone is being used by an app - I’ve searched and searched and see no app using the microphone- what so I do now ? I’m worried - thank you

A phone call (phone app) has to use a microphone otherwise you cannot make a call.
