on an excel file I had the data separated by points (examples 30.07.2021 29.07.2021 27.07.2021) with the export in Numbers they became: 44407 44406 44404) who can help me to report them with understandable dates?

Excel stores dates as the number of days since 1st January 1900. Sometimes, this becomes a glitch when opening an Excel document in Numbers.
Try this:
Formula in C2: DATE(1900,1,1)+B2−2
Fill down.
The -2 is because 1900 was not a Leap Year (and another reason that I forget!)

The other -1 is because 1/1/1900 is day 1 in Excel, not day 0. "1/0/1900" is day 0.
