I did the new update on my iPhone this morning. I thought it would automatically update my Apple Watch also. Now my watch is not paired with phone and when I go to update watch is says to install the Apple watch update view and accept the terms on my iPhone....Where do I go to do that?

I updated my watch and I updated my iPhone11 to v. 14.7.1 Now my watch is no longer in sync with my phone. I go to the watch app on my phone and it says Start Pairing. I follow the instructions then get an error to make sure it is on and not paired with another phone. I cannot unpair it since there is no tab available. The phone thinks it needs to pair and the watch thinks it is paired.
