Trade In packing???

I received today a rather large box that included some heavy cardboard inside, a return label and tape. No instructions as to how to properly pack my trade in iMac we included. I am at a loss as to how to pack so that my trade in does not get damaged in transit. Does anyone know how this all works? Or a link to a tutorial or instructions on how to pack for iMac trade in? Thanks.
