I just recently subscribed to the Apple One with Fitness+ And now the Fitness app is stuck on the loading screen. I’ve restarted the iPhone 12 Pro Max, and the Apple Watch. Reset fitness calibration. Repaired the Apple Watch. Deleted and reinstalled the Fitness app. Someone else suggested turning off/on the Wi-Fi. Nothing has worked so far.

Is iOS 14.7.1 installed on your iPhone?
Do that if you haven't.
Make sure that you're signed in with your correct Apple ID and that Bluetooth is enabled on all devices.
