When i bought my iphone i received an email giving 1 year to Apple tv. Now that i try and use it, and log into Apple tv, it doesnt show as an option

When did you buy this iPhone? Redeeming this offer had to happen within the first three months. Redeeming this offer has to be done on that new eligible Apple device. Once you have the subscription, you can also use it on other devices.
