heart rate notification

Is there anyway to set the watch (4 series) so it is asleep at night but allows the low heart rate notification to be on or vibrate so it wakes me up?

High Heart Rate Notification. I would like the Apple 7 watch to record "High Heart Rate" when it lasts for a minute or more. Currently it only records or notifies for instances over 10 minutes. Can I change it? Thanks.

Thank you fieryjack. I do have my notifications on. However, I was able to find that the Do Not Disturb will do what I need hopefully. Will see how it works tonight.
