I requested a refund and didn’t receive it yet
I requested for a refund and now it says refunded but I didn’t receive that money yet. What is the reason for that?

It's a really bad idea to post your email address/ID in a public forum, even in an image - it's an invitation to spam and a security risk - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it, which they have done. Please never post email or real addresses, or serial numbers.
