hello I had a question about pairing my Apple Watch to my phone I had bought it from some guy and I would put in my Apple ID and password it say the Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this app watch wat can I do to connect?

I bought it off some guy on offer up and he had gave me the password for lock screen by accident I restarted too factor
Having the passcode is fine, but you need the original owner to remove activation lock. Without removal, the watch is useless.
