Activation lock
I bought a second hand iPhone 7plus. I removed the iCloud and reset the phone. After resetting it, it now show me activation lock with indicated someone iCloud account. How will I remove it ?

That belongs to the previous owner.
It’s not possible to reset this iPhone for you to use.
You will most likely need to get in touch with the previous owner and ask them to remove the phone from their iCloud.
