Iphone hacked message and Securr:data app installed

A message popped up on my iphone saying I had been hacked - it looked like a legitimate apple message and unfortunately I followed the link. The icon for app Securr:data protection VPN is now on my phone saying analysis shows malware. Is this a legitimate app? How do I get rid of it?
