Hi, I am currently on vacation in Dubai UAE and planning to buy the macbook pro with M1 chip. I was wondering if the facetime will work in other countries on that macbook pro, in particular in Kazakhstan.

I can only see mention of restrictions on mobile devices on Apple's document about this, so I don't know about Macs. If you find out, let us know. Even then, the mobile device page appears to be outdated.
