What setting do I need to turn off in my phone to not require a passcode on my watch?

Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, tap Passcode, then tap Turn Passcode Off. For more info, see the 'Turn off the passcode' section in:

In the watch app tap on Passcode and turn it off.
This did not work because it is greyed out within the watch app. It says there is a setting on my phone that prevents me from turning passcode off.
