no iTunes? how do i do resets?

iTunes was taken away yet an article on Apple.com tells me to open iTunes. Where do i find to reset my iPhone to factory settings with disabled iPhone without iTunes?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If you're using a Mac running Catalina or newer, restore it in the Finder. Otherwise, use iTunes.
