Is there a survey I can fill out as to help the employee who helped me? I had asked in the chat and they said it should show up after the chat ended but it didn’t. I’d love to fill out a customer satisfaction survey as they helped me in a tight spot. For context I used the chat feature online.

I've not done chat with Apple but, for other support/repair services and purchases, the survey often come several days after the fact.
Not that I know of unless it shows up automatically. You can write a letter to Apple corporate though if you'd like. Or you can call and do it verbally.
