My apple watch is not turning on.

Hi,

I put my apple watch on charging and when I came back to check on it, the charging cable appeared on the screen. The cable kept changing from green to red and when I try restarting, it won’t work.

so now whenever I put it on charging it shows the cable and when I take it off the screen goes black.

what should I do?
