My mom added me to her family sharing

But I still can’t use Apple Music , which she pays forthwith family plan. How do I join when she’s already sharing with me .

Make sure she setup Family Sharing, inviters you to join, and you accept her invitation according to:

Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

If you followed all those steps, you might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
