How do I restore my voicemail options

How do I get my voicemail restored so I don’t have to call to get voicemails ? I reset my network on iPhone 12 and now to get a voicemail I have to call

Voicemail is a feature provided by your carrier. Use the section Get help with Visual Voicemail

in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201436 to start. If you still need help, though, you will have to talk to your carrier.
