Creating a New Apple ID
It is an Apple ID you would create -- not an iCloud Account. So, if you cannot create one, the refer to the link provided atop this post.
Apple IDs Cannot be Merged:
Important: Note that if you were to use a second one for yourself, purchases items such as those from iTune Store will not be accessible to this new Apple ID. This is because Apple IDs cannot be merged as of this post.
