AirPods having to connect every time..
I followed the reset and still every time I use them I have to reconnect like if they are new. This is from the latest iOS 14.6 update. Apple fix this internally. Thank you

Which model of the AirPods are you using? Does this occur when you pair them to other devices? Also, make sure there aren't any sources of wireless interference as described here: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference
