Turning-off silence when iPhone is locked

How do I permanently turn off silence when I phone is locked??? I continue to miss calls & texts!!

silence mode on iphone 6s w do you not silence the phone when it is locked. I settings/do not disturb, the only choices for silence: "always" or "only while iphone is locked". How do you keep the silent feature off when the phone is locked.

It may be because you have do not disturb enabled and calls restricted. This page serves as a guide to do not disturb. You may need to enable calls from everyone.
