The health of the battery drops quickly and I do not know if there is a problem with the phone or not?

Battery Health varies with usage and is not an exact measurement. You have not stated yours, but you need not worry until it reaches 80%, at which time you will need to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for a battery replacement.
