Youtube voice

Youtube voice keep running. I do not know how to close it. If I open another youtube and play it, there will be two voice run simultaneously.

This sounds to me as if you have multiple tabs or windows open in your browser, each playing a YouTube video.

Close the first tab (or window) before you open the second YouTube vid.

Start with this...

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
