I bought an iPhone 12 Pro mobile from USA (Walmart

He worked with me on the American SIM, and after returning to Saudi Arabia, I tried to use the Saudi SIM, but unfortunately it did not work

That phone is locked to the American carrier. You will need to contact them to see if you can get this phone unlocked from them.
