multiple monitors

For my work, I need at least 2-3 monitors. Is it possible with the new 24" imac? Which monitors are compatible. Do I need to buy additional wires/equipment?

It can only support one external display in addition to the built-in display.

It means the iMac's built-in display and ONE additional external monitor connected to one of the iMac's ports.
