Order not placed, amount debited

I ordered a macbook air charger on 7/7/2021 and made online payment through net banking. My amount was debited but order not placed. I didn't get any email confirmation of my order. When will Apple India refund my amount???

Order was not placed But Money got deducted from the bank account(Apple India pvt ltd) I ordered the macBook Pro M1 on 8 june 2021 but I didn't receive the order id or number from Apple India Pvt Ltd. The amount has been deducted from my bank account . I contacted the customer support they were like the amount is not captured yet but I received conformation from bank as well as the Billdesk that the amount is settled to the merchant (ie. Apple India pvt ltd). Can anyone tell me weather I will receive the order number or get refund ? and If refund how long it might take to get refund?

I cancelled my order and it says I was not billed but I was I bought a M2 MacBook Air, I payed for it and purchased same day delivery. I got billed but then I got an email saying "We're having a problem with your payment" so I changed my card info to another one and got billed again! I decided to cancel it since it didn't even ship in the allotted time despite my double payment. Now it says I was not billed for it. Am I supposed to wait for a refund? I'm from Colombia but I purchased it in the US Store as a gift for someone over there. [Edited by Moderator]
