Do you Use an App Password?:

Your App Password may need to resync - something typical after update installations. So, use a new one. For reference, here how to create an App Password for gmail: Sign in with App Passwords - Google Account Help - Google

Try removing and re-adding the email account.

It might be pulling from old account info. Try signing out of the account and signing back in.
