Every time I try to connect to my wifi it comes up as an incorrect password or it just disconnects automatically. I've tried everything from resetting network setting, shutting down I phone, forgetting password; nothing has helped. What can I do, I am very stressed out?

some wifi routers keep 2.4Ghz wifi and 5Ghz wifi as seperate networks, which could have different passwords, this could be related to your issue
