Hello, I am in Haiti, and the Blood Oxygen App for Apple Watch should be available here, but I just bought my Apple Watch, and it indicates the Blood Oxygen App isn't available in my country. Is there anyway to fix this?

No, it was bought in the US, FL, Best Buy.

If you can update the watch in Haiti,that should change the watches region to that of the phone and hopefully get it working.
