Update graphics Card
I Have a Macbook Pro 2012 and I wanted to use premiere pro for my youtube outro but its saying I need a gpu acceleration but I don't know whether my MacBook can get it or not somebody help me please

Unfortunately it can't. MBPs are what they are. When they have a discrete GPU they are soldered to the logic board, when they don't, you only have the integrated GPU as option (and the CPU is also soldered to the logic board).
That's the game when talking laptops in general, not only Macs.
There are external GPU solutions, but native macOS support is for Thunderbolt 3 Macs only. Your's has TB 2.
I'm not familiar with the process, but in this video there's a workaround for previous versions of TB that can help you preserve your current Mac and run eGPUs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WwlLBinpYYw
Maybe selling your Mac and adding the price of an eGPU allows you to get a newer Mac with a hardware more suited to your needs.
Thanks man you've been very helpful. I actually just bought this computer thinking it would be good and I was wrong time to try again.
So the only way for me to get said better gpu is by upgrading to a better MacBook altogether?
