Why can’t I take a picture of a document or ID with the iPhone 12 Pro Max. It so blurry nothing is legible. Please help. This is the worst. It’s the only phone I have had issues with. It’s ridiculous!

Since your iPhone 12 is still covered by warranty, make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
