My MSN account on mail no longer connects to retrieve mail. I uninstalled and installed the mail account to my computer and iPhone, but without success. Any suggestions on how I can restore my MSN mail?

I suggest that you contact Microsoft support team about that, checking their incoming/outgoing email paramters.
