Often I get this message while my iPhone is charging “ This accessory may not be support it” and yet the charger still manage to charge my phone after inserting and removing the charger phone Jack a few times?

it can be caused by dirt / lint in the connector, when I had the issue I used a match or toothpick to clear it out
