I was at the beach and I believe my phone got water damage. I did not submerge my Iphone. However, after it ran out of battery and I plugged it in to charge and the phone turned on again the screen started flickering so I turned it off and on when I did this it instantly turned black. I checked the water damage indicator and I can see t slightly red. Can this be fixed?

You will not have to pay the full price for a new iphone 11 if you take it to the Apple Store. See “Other Damage” in the article below

Water damage doesn't get fixed. You will have to pay to replace the phone.
