Spam emails coming through as text messages

How do you stop Spam emails coming through to your messages?

They are not started by phone numbers, they are emails.

I have done everything that is suggested on the internet. I can’t forward them to 7726(SPAM) because it originates from an email address. I have numerous email addresses now spamming my number.

How do I stop these without changing my phone number?
