Can I replace the device

I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max 256 GB last Christmas but I had a problem with snapchat and they blocked my device with the device number and now I can't make any snapchat account at all

The best way to resolve this would be for you to resolve the issue with Snapchat.


If you wish to replace your device you will have to sell it and buy a replacement.
