My company decommissioned a few iPads and I was able to take them home. One of the iPads however is still trying to install a remote management profile. We've checked out JAMF system and can't seem to find it in there and we've checked our other system and cannot find it there either. It was removed and was told to do a reset which worked however this kast one is still doing it.
Any other suggestions?

Depending on how you purchased them, generally removing them from your MDM is not enough. You need to release them from Apple School/Business Manager.

So not from our IT department? The other 2 devices were released from our schools management system and was able to setup fine so wasn't sure why this one is still hanging on to that MDM profile. It's no longer in our JAMF system not
The iPads need to be released from Apple Business Manager first, then they need to be wiped. After wiping, they need to be set up as a new device (not restored from a backup).
All Set. They were released in school manager. For some reason had to set them up using a different Wi-Fi than the one at my home
