Troubleshoot Power:

I. Try what is on this Link: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't Turn on or is Frozen - Apple Support

II. Perform a Restart:

Try Force Restarting your iPhone. Save any information that need be. Then perform the restart.

Go Here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support

III. A Few Apple Support Sites that May Help:

Look like performing a Restart doesn’t work . My iPhone still shut down at 10% battery.

Get this Serviced:

If nothing my above reply works, then getting a new battery seems best. If this is covered under warranty, then ask Apple if this can be covered. Being 100% Battery Health, yet going dead at 10%, is most certainly not normal. So, see about getting this serviced.

Getting this Serviced:

To have this iiPhone serviced, it first needs to be looked at and be diagnosed. Taking to an AppleStore, or an AASP(Apple Authorized Service Provider), it will be diagnosed, and you will be informed of the services they provide. So, setup a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store, or see an AASP in your local area.

Contact Apple:

Or...

Contact an AASP:

  1. Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
  2. Click: Service & Support
  3. Enter: your location information
  4. See: if there is an AASP nearby
  5. Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the iPhone

For Thought...

Time for a New Phone?:

Aside from getting this serviced, if this is actually a much older device, then consider taking this as a good reason to upgrade.
