I want to change my country. I couldn’t change it by myself because I have credit of 0,05€ and the change was not possible. I moved from the Netherlands to Germany and want to change the country so I can use it in the App Store. Can you help me with this?

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.

To zero your iTunes balance:
I can't buy an app from the App Store. I can't enter my Germany phone number for mobile payment. Also, the credit card I use here cannot be changed as a payment method. Using Paypal also gives an error.
