Unpairing iwatch

I am trying to unpair my Iwatch from my old iPhone which I do not have in my possession any longer when I go into the watch icon and under my watches I do not have an option for the small i to choose the watch to unpair I have also tried to reset my iwatch and erase it but now it’s basically useless since I can’t pair it with the new phone. what other options do I have to unpair?

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
