Printing Problem with Big Sur

Unable to print on a Canon imageCLASS MF4350d after upgrading to Big Sur. I have downloaded the most recent drivers, but still not printing. Any thoughts?

Hi,

It would probably be correct to assume that you have the UFR II/UFRII LT Printer Driver & Utilities for Macintosh V10.19.8 (04/19/21). Have you tried to reset the printing system and re-add the printer?

This often happens after an OS is upgraded. You did the right thing. However . . . did you confirm that that Cannon printer update you installed was one that would work with your version of Big Sur? Likely not. I would go back and look more carefully for an update that will work. If one is not available, then ask Cannon when, and if, one will be released. In the alternative, I recommend that you visit the site below where they have many printer drivers for older non supported printers which have been written by volunteers. You may find something there that will work. Good luck.
