Big Sur Print>PDF>Edit Menu not working

Can no longer add Notability as a PDF destination using the Edit Menu function of the PDF dropdown. Doing something wrong?

I've always been able to open a PDF in Preview, click print, select a range of pages, then Save as PDF to create a new version with individual chapters. Now in Big Sur, when I click on "Save as PDF" the option to save as PDF is greyed out. I also cannot delete pages from my PDF. What do I do?

Cannot save PDF file from website I Have a MacBook Pro 13". I am trying to save a document as a pdf file from a website (e.g. recipe). I have tried with different websites but have the same issue. When I select print, destination is “save as pdf’. When I click “save”, the destination section briefly shows up but then disappears. Esc, cancel and save light up above my keyboard. When I click save on the keyboard, the documents end up in the downloads section. How can I save the file to the location I want it to be please? I have no issues when saving files like WORD etc. as pdf I would be grateful if anyone can offer a solution (I have cleared the cache and rebooted but same problem). Thank you.

Saving One page of a PDF or any other document in Big Sur I can no longer select: "File->Print->Save as PDF" with Big Sur. I want to take any document (PDF or anything printable) and select a specific page(s) and save/export that page(s) to a PDF. I am able to export anything to a PDF File or take a current PDF document in Preview, delete all the pages I don't want and then "Export to PDF". This is cumbersome, especially if I'm not starting from a PDF file. In the previous OS versions I was able to simply do the "File->Print->Save as PDF" and simply by selecting specific page(s) my job was essentially done. Did Big Sur remove this feature? Is there another way to do this easily or is the way I described above the simplest way?

I could be remembering this incorrectly and I am not at my mac to check but I think that you can add items to this menu by creating an alias in ~/Library/PDF Services.

In Finder press Command-Shift-G and paste

~/Library/PDF Services

Command-Option-drag Notability from the Applications folder to this one to create an alias.
