Appstore download, update

I can not update and download any apps from Appstore. They are just download it very slowly and freeze for a long time, but still in one moment of downloading.

Try a different wifi network; office, library, coffeeshop.

I have only one wifi and it works fine with everything except App Store download for Microsoft Cloud

the new 24" iMac lets me do every other download except this one, get an error message after download is complete when I attempt to open the cloud app
