Can I transfer from my iPhone to new iPad?
Is it possible to transfer information to my new iPad from my current I-phone X

golfer3970, what information are you trying to transfer? If you have both devices signed into the same Apple ID and then go to your icloud settings and then turn on the items you want to sync between devices. (Contacts, Calendars, reminders... ) If you want to transfer files you can put them on icloud drive and they are accessible by both devices.
If you are trying to do something else, let us know.
